Ok, so I’m finally getting around to posting some pictures that were taken in Dr. Giunta’s office. You can find them by clickin on the gallery link above, or just visit:
Pictures taken while at Dr. Giunta’s office Directly before and after surgery
As can be seen in order to simulate the erect state, the penis was stretched both before and after Surgery. The Flacid state went from a little under 4.5 inches to a little over 5.5 inches. The erect state went from about 6 1/4 inches to about 7 1/4 inches. While only 1 inch was gain in length, more noticeable is the gain in girth in both the erect and flacid state.

How much did it cost to have one inch added? Seems like a lady wouldnt even notice that very much, as far as length.
I received a discount for getting the lengthening and girth at once, when you break them apart, the lenghtening procedure was about $4500.00.
As far as the not even notice it. Lets think about this, imagine sliding it all the way in and right when you think you’ve hit bottom, or maxed oun on your depth, you push an extra inch in there. So sure if you have a 10 inch Penis, yeah they probably won’t notice the extra inch, but with a 6 or 7 inch penis, or even a shorter one, an inch makes a difference.
An inch or more was the gain from the actual procedure, then there is the stretching excersises which can actual increase the gain.
Do you have to wear a strecher, and do you think it would be possbile to gain two inches using one post op? I takled to one peins doc and he said using a strecher for several months post op, could end you up with two inches in erect state. Dont know if that is true, or a bunch of hype.
Yes you do have to wear a stretcher and it does help in the amount of length that is gained. Turn that several months into a 6 to 12 months if you are looking for an extra inch. I still wear it but not as often as I should, it definitely helps, not only in the length, but it helps in even distributing the fat injections for even girth.
Since it has been a considerable amount of time since the surgery, and I am highly considering Dr. Giunta, can you post more recent pictures? I am mostly concerned about the fat absorption…
So now that it has been well over 8 months, are you still satisfied with the results? Have you had any fat absorption? Do you recommend Dr. Giunta?
